Every associates deployed at work site are scheduled to attend in-house safety training sessions. The Safety Manager facilitates the training giving emphasis on Man, Material, Machine handling. This activity is carried over in coordination with HR. Detailed Emergency Action Plan drafted and Made available at every work site

Every Employee/Contractor at worksite carries responsibility to follow the established Safety Policies and Procedures thus enabling each one of them to work in professional and safe manner.

Approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including all clothing and accessories designed to protect against workplace hazards are provided to every associate deployed at the site

All injuries/illnesses reports are reported immediately by the site supervisor and necessary actions taken with regard to the nature of injury/illness. Human Resources Department is kept posted for related assistance/documentation. Our Admin/HR department diligently follow up on the Incidents/Injuries occurred and provide back end support for needful action. It is a practice at our organisation to report all incidents irrespective of the severity.

We understand that employees who fail to follow safety rules and regulations endanger themselves and fellow associates. Hence abrupt corrective action is taken when a violation is observed and the disciplinary policy is enforced at immediate effect. We ensure that Visitors and contractors at the sites also abide by the safety rules and regulations.
